1. Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our products and our made-to-order process, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

2. How does your processing and shipping work?
Each order placed with Luxury Vault Society is made-to-order specifically for you with quality and craftsmanship in mind.

Production & Supplier Shipping: Once your order is placed, we work directly with our trusted supplier. Production and shipping to our warehouse take approximately 7-14 business days.

Quality Inspection: Once received, we thoroughly inspect your item for quality and accuracy. We also provide photos and/or videos of your actual item for your review.

Final Shipping to You: After the quality check, your item is carefully packaged and shipped to your address. Final shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
Estimated total timeline: 2.5 to 4 weeks from order to delivery.
3. Why does it take 2.5 to 4 weeks to receive my order?
Our pieces are made-to-order to ensure quality, reduce waste, and offer you exclusive items. This process takes time, but we believe luxury is worth the wait. We inspect every item and provide visuals before shipping, so you know exactly what you're receiving.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only / U.S. and Canada. International shipping may be added in the future — stay connected for updates.
5. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order ships to your address, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Luxury Vault Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse.
For shipping issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Due to our made-to-order process, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase.
7. Are your products authentic designer items?
No.
